Brand Manager (Russian Speaker)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop brand strategies for UAE and international markets and maintain consistent identity and messaging across channels.
• Manage brand guidelines and their application to marketing materials, campaigns, and projects.
• Create concepts and campaigns with Marketing and Creative teams; develop identities for new real estate developments with project teams.
• Research markets and competitors to identify trends, opportunities, and positioning strategies.
• Coordinate with PR, Digital Marketing, Sales, and external agencies on consistent brand communications.
• Oversee presentations, marketing materials, campaign concepts, and other brand assets; monitor performance, perception, and competitors.
• Ensure communications reflect company positioning, values, and visual identity; support launches and positioning of new Dubai projects.

Requirements

• Proven Brand Manager or Brand Strategist experience; real estate development, luxury, lifestyle, or premium consumer brand experience is preferred.
• Fluent Russian and English are mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of branding, positioning, marketing communications, and consumer behavior.
• Experience developing and implementing brand strategies and campaigns.
• Strong Dubai/UAE market understanding; real estate experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, creative, strategic, commercial, project-management, and detail-oriented capabilities.
• Creative agency and external partner experience is a plus.
