Role overview

Object 1 is seeking an experienced PR Manager (Russian Speaker) for its real estate development business in Dubai.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement PR and communications strategies to strengthen company brand positioning.
  • Build relationships with local and international media, journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute press releases, media pitches, articles, interviews, and other PR materials; secure relevant media opportunities.
  • Coordinate press events, interviews, launches, and other PR activities; develop campaigns for project launches and company initiatives.
  • Monitor media coverage, trends, and industry news for opportunities and risks.
  • Manage public image and consistent brand messaging; collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Management on integrated campaigns.
  • Track PR performance and prepare media coverage and campaign reports.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a PR Manager or Communications Manager; experience in real estate, property development, luxury, lifestyle, or a related industry is preferred.
  • Fluent Russian and English are mandatory.
  • UAE media landscape knowledge and established media relationships are a strong advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong understanding of PR, media relations, corporate communications, and brand positioning.
  • Experience working with journalists, influencers, and media partners.
  • Strong networking, relationship-building, organizational, and project management abilities; creative, proactive, confident, and detail-oriented.
  • Dubai real estate market knowledge is a strong advantage.
