The company is hiring a Training Manager in Dubai to develop and deliver training for its Sales Department.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver onboarding and training for new Sales Department employees.
- Conduct product, sales, and company induction training.
- Create training materials, presentations, manuals, and exercises.
- Train sales teams on projects, products, USPs, market positioning, and sales techniques.
- Use role plays, assessments, and knowledge checks to assess sales readiness.
- Identify training needs and improve sales training.
- Monitor employees’ performance and development during and after onboarding.
- Coordinate with Sales Management and HR to align training with business objectives.
- Update content to reflect project, product, market, and sales process changes.
Requirements
- Mandatory: proven Training Manager or Sales Trainer experience within a real estate development company.
- Strong understanding of Dubai real estate and developer sales processes.
- Experience training and onboarding sales teams, especially new joiners.
- Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, objection handling, negotiation, and customer engagement.
- Ability to create structured, engaging training programs from scratch and speak confidently to large groups.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
