The Time Keeper joins the catering operations team and maintains attendance records, monitors employee hours and overtime, and prepares reports for a large workforce.
The role may suit candidates with experience in catering, hospitality, manpower, facilities management, or large-scale workforce operations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain daily attendance records and accurately record employee check-in and check-out times.
- Monitor late arrivals, absences, early departures, and overtime; prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate attendance discrepancies with site supervisors, HR, and operations teams.
- Verify timesheets and overtime records before payroll processing.
- Track employee deployment across catering sites and projects; report irregularities and missing records.
- Update and submit accurate records on time while protecting employee confidentiality.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Excel knowledge are required.
- Previous experience as a Time Keeper, Attendance Clerk, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Large-workforce attendance experience is an advantage.
- Strong numerical, organizational, record-keeping, communication, and coordination skills are sought.
- Candidates should be accurate, honest, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines.
- Catering, hospitality, or manpower operations experience is an added advantage.
Compensation
- The stated pay is AED 3,000–4,000 per month, based on experience.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
