Oversee daily operations of a labor accommodation camp and support the comfort and welfare of residents.
Ensure the camp is clean, safe, organized, and properly maintained.
Camp operations and resident welfare
- Supervise housekeeping, cleaning, and maintenance and maintain camp hygiene and sanitation.
- Manage room allocations, occupancy records, meal arrangements, and resident complaints.
- Coordinate with HR, administration, security, maintenance, and catering teams.
- Conduct inspections and report issues to management.
Safety, facilities, and records
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and applicable UAE requirements.
- Maintain resident, attendance, maintenance, and supply records.
- Monitor water, electricity, and facilities for efficient use.
- Maintain fire-safety equipment, emergency exits, and common areas.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Camp Boss, Camp Supervisor, or in labor camp management.
- Communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage workers, coordinate departments, and work under pressure.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and record keeping.
- Knowledge of camp hygiene, housekeeping, food safety, and health and safety procedures.
- Knowledge of UAE labor accommodation requirements is an advantage.
Pay and offer
- Pay is AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
