Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend suitable projects or properties.
- Follow up regularly and convert leads into appointments and sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team and property consultants to support lead conversion.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of telesales experience in the UAE real estate industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of the Dubai/UAE real estate market is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
- Candidates able to join immediately are preferred.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is AED 3,000–3,500 per month, with a competitive salary, commission structure, and performance-based incentives.
