The Project Coordinator – Mechanical or Civil Engineer supports project execution and coordinates site activities, progress, technical documentation, and communication among project teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project activities and site operations.
- Liaise with site engineers, project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor schedules, milestones, and progress against approved plans; assist with planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
- Prepare and maintain RFIs, material submittals, meeting minutes, progress reports, drawing registers, and other project records.
- Track material procurement, deliveries, and site requirements.
- Ensure work complies with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Attend coordination meetings and follow up on technical and site issues.
- Identify potential delays and coordinate corrective actions with the project team.
- Provide regular progress updates to management.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- Relevant project coordination experience in construction, engineering, or industrial projects.
- Good understanding of technical drawings, project documentation, and site coordination procedures.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to coordinate multiple teams and meet deadlines.
- Large-scale construction or oil and gas experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera P6 is preferred.
- Relevant UAE project experience is preferred.
Pay
- AED 8,000–10,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
