About Hausfit

Hausfit Technical Services LLC is a leading provider of maintenance, renovation, fit-out, and home improvement solutions in Dubai.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to generate leads, build customer relationships, and drive sales growth through outbound and inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote Hausfit's maintenance, fit-out, renovation, and technical service solutions.
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Follow up with existing and prospective clients to understand their requirements and schedule site visits or consultations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Explain company services, promotions, and value propositions professionally.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the operations and sales teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
  • Stay updated on company services, pricing, and market trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
  • Experience in maintenance, fit-out, construction, real estate, or home services is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English.
  • Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, or other languages is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-focused.

Key Performance Indicators (Kpis)

  • Number of outbound calls made daily.
  • Qualified leads generated.
  • Appointments/site visits booked.
  • Conversion rate from lead to customer.
  • Monthly revenue generated from telesales activities.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
