About The Role
Habico Properties is looking for an energetic and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, qualifying leads, generating interest in off-plan and ready property projects, and scheduling appointments for the sales consultants.
This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from company-generated and assigned databases.
- Introduce Habico Properties' real estate projects and investment opportunities.
- Qualify leads and identify client requirements, budgets, and investment interests.
- Schedule meetings and property consultations for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential buyers and investors to maintain engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to calls, lead generation, and appointments.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide relevant project information.
- Coordinate with sales consultants to ensure seamless lead handover.
- Stay updated on company projects, market trends, and developer offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or real estate sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, or Chinese will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working night shifts targeting international markets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in UAE real estate telesales or lead generation.
- Experience handling international property investors and buyers.
- Understanding of off-plan real estate projects and investment opportunities.
Key Performance Indicators (Kpis)
- Number of outbound calls made daily.
- Qualified leads generated.
- Appointments scheduled for sales consultants.
- Lead-to-appointment conversion ratio.
- CRM update accuracy and compliance.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
