About The Role

Habico Properties is looking for an energetic and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, qualifying leads, generating interest in off-plan and ready property projects, and scheduling appointments for the sales consultants.

This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and real estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from company-generated and assigned databases.
  • Introduce Habico Properties' real estate projects and investment opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and identify client requirements, budgets, and investment interests.
  • Schedule meetings and property consultations for the sales team.
  • Follow up with potential buyers and investors to maintain engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to calls, lead generation, and appointments.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide relevant project information.
  • Coordinate with sales consultants to ensure seamless lead handover.
  • Stay updated on company projects, market trends, and developer offerings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or real estate sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, or Chinese will be an advantage.
  • Comfortable working night shifts targeting international markets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in UAE real estate telesales or lead generation.
  • Experience handling international property investors and buyers.
  • Understanding of off-plan real estate projects and investment opportunities.

Key Performance Indicators (Kpis)

  • Number of outbound calls made daily.
  • Qualified leads generated.
  • Appointments scheduled for sales consultants.
  • Lead-to-appointment conversion ratio.
  • CRM update accuracy and compliance.
  • Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
