Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Dubai real estate projects to Lithuanian-speaking clients and investors.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and company-provided leads.
• Conduct property presentations, consultations, and viewings.
• Understand clients' investment objectives and recommend suitable property solutions.
• Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients.
• Build and maintain a strong database of buyers and investors.
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, regulations, and developer launches.
• Negotiate sales agreements and facilitate successful transactions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales support.

Requirements

• Fluency in **Lithuanian and English** (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Previous experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, banking, wealth management, or luxury sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
• Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
