Job Title: Team Lead – Sales (Maintenance & Fit-Out)

About The Role

Hausfit is seeking an experienced and results-driven **Team Lead – Sales** with a strong background in **maintenance, renovation, fit-out, and technical services sales**.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a sales team, developing strategic client relationships, and securing maintenance and fit-out projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Generate new business opportunities for maintenance, fit-out, renovation, and technical services projects.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, facility management companies, developers, consultants, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and project discussions.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with operations, estimation, and project teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management.
  • Ensure achievement of individual and team KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum **5–7 years of UAE sales experience** in maintenance, fit-out, construction, interior fit-out, technical services, or facility management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating business.
  • Existing network of clients, consultants, developers, and facility management companies in the UAE market.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Monthly revenue generation.
  • Number of contracts secured.
  • New client acquisition.
  • Sales pipeline value.
  • Team target achievement.
  • Client retention and repeat business.
