Property Consultant (Persian / Polish / German / Russian / Portuguese Speakers)

About The Role

We are seeking dynamic, ambitious, and client-focused Property Consultants to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.

The ideal candidates will be fluent in one or more of the following languages: **Persian (Farsi), Polish, German, Russian, or Portuguese**, and possess strong sales and relationship-building skills to serve international investors and end-users interested in Dubai's thriving real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and company-provided databases.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international and local clients.
  • Advise clients on off-plan and secondary market properties across Dubai and the UAE.
  • Conduct property viewings and project presentations.
  • Understand clients' investment objectives and recommend suitable property options.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and facilitate successful property transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on market trends, developer launches, pricing, and investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with developers, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Fluency in **Persian (Farsi), Polish, German, Russian, or Portuguese** (native or professional proficiency).
  • Strong command of English.
  • Previous experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, banking, luxury sales, or investment advisory is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn through commission-based incentives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
