We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chinese Digital Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation and agent acquisition initiatives for our off-plan real estate projects.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin and possess strong expertise in Chinese digital platforms, particularly WeChat and Douyin (TikTok), with a proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns targeting Chinese real estate investors, brokers, and agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns on WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu (RED), and other Chinese social media platforms.
- Generate qualified leads and establish relationships with Chinese real estate agencies and independent brokers interested in Dubai off-plan properties.
- Create engaging Chinese-language marketing content, including posts, videos, articles, and promotional materials.
- Manage official WeChat accounts, groups, and communities to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Plan and optimize paid advertising campaigns targeting Chinese investors and real estate professionals.
- Build and maintain a database of Chinese agents, brokers, and potential investors.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of generated leads.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend strategies to improve ROI.
- Stay updated on Chinese digital marketing trends, platform updates, and consumer behavior.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Mandarin speaker (written and spoken).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Chinese digital marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with WeChat Marketing, Douyin (TikTok China), Xiaohongshu (RED), and other Chinese digital platforms.
- Experience in real estate, property investment, or off-plan project marketing is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to generate leads and build business relationships within the Chinese market.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve performance-based targets.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.

- Qualified leads generated through Chinese digital channels.
- Engagement and growth of WeChat communities and social media platforms.
- Conversion rate from leads to property viewings and sales.
- Return on advertising spend (ROAS) and campaign performance metrics.
Employment Type
Full-Time / Part-Time / Consultant (Based on Experience)
Compensation
Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives linked to lead generation, agent acquisition, and sales conversions.
Pay: From AED1.00 per month
