About Hausfit

Hausfit is a leading fit-out, renovation, maintenance, and interior solutions company specializing in residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects across the UAE.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Fit-Out Sales Executive to drive business growth, generate new opportunities, and expand our client portfolio.

Key Responsibilitiessales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for fit-out, renovation, and interior contracting projects.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital platforms, and industry events.
  • Meet prospective clients, understand their project requirements, and provide suitable fit-out solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with property owners, developers, consultants, architects, facility management companies, and corporate clients.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and company profiles to potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Client Management

  • Conduct site visits and gather project requirements.
  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and operations teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
  • Follow up with clients throughout the sales cycle and negotiate contracts to secure projects.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional service.

Proposal & Tender Management

  • Assist in preparing project proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Review project requirements and coordinate internally to provide accurate costing and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain communication with clients during execution.

Market Research

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Identify new sectors and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Maintain an updated database of prospects, clients, and project pipelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of UAE experience in fit-out, interior contracting, construction, renovation, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and closing fit-out projects.
  • Strong understanding of fit-out and interior contracting processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory.
