Drives projects from inception through deployment, aligning delivery with business objectives, security, regulation, budget, timelines, and quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery from initiation, planning, design, development, and testing through deployment and operational handover.
- Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, assumptions, issues, and change requests.
- Coordinate engineering, architecture, cloud, infrastructure, data, AI, cybersecurity, QA, product, and operations teams.
- Maintain governance frameworks, steering committees, executive reporting, and RAID processes.
- Manage vendors and implementation partners; track delivery against milestones, budgets, quality metrics, and outcomes.
- Align business, technology, compliance, security, and executive stakeholders; ensure solutions meet architecture, security, resilience, regulatory, and operational requirements.
- Lead release planning, go-live readiness, support transition, and post-implementation reviews; improve delivery methods and standards.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–12 years of technology industry experience and 5–7 years managing complex enterprise technology projects or programmes.
- Proven full-SDLC project delivery experience; experience managing concurrent workstreams and distributed technical teams.
- Strong communication and ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders.
- PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
