Role overview
Lead technical delivery across all clusters of a major international event in Riyadh.
Own technical planning, supplier coordination, and readiness across multiple venues.
Ensure systems are tested, safe, and performing from rehearsals through live operations.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and manage technical requirements across all clusters.
- Coordinate sound, lighting, video, and power suppliers.
- Oversee technical rehearsals, testing, and readiness checks.
- Lead and support Technical Supervisors and technical teams across venues.
- Ensure safety and compliance across technical installations.
- Drive rapid fault resolution during live operations.
Candidate requirements
- Senior technical management experience and strong knowledge of event technical systems and production, including sound, lighting, video, and power.
- Multi-venue experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead multiple technical teams and suppliers simultaneously.
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Available for the full period from October through the end of December 2026.
