Activation planning
- Develop activation plans covering layouts, content, and operating schedules.
- Align activation concepts with sponsor, rights-holder, and event requirements.
Coordination and programme control
- Coordinate builders, suppliers, sponsors, and rights holders throughout build and live operation.
- Act as the main point of contact for activation-related queries across the project team.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and on-site quality.
- Oversee installation, daily operation, and dismantling of activation areas.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Activations Manager or in a similar role.
- Experience delivering fan zones or activations at major sports events.
- International sports-event experience; multi-sport or major single-sport events count.
- Strong supplier, budget, and stakeholder management skills.
- Availability for the full engagement period.
Workplace and delivery
- The role is based in Riyadh and requires an on-site presence across a fast-paced, multi-venue event environment.
