Full-time delivery team role supporting a major international multi-sport event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Assignment runs from 27 October to 26 December 2026.
Hands-on supervisory role overseeing fuel supply and usage for event operations.
Fuel planning and operations
- Plan fuel requirements across event operations and venues.
- Schedule and coordinate supplier deliveries to meet operational demand.
- Supervise fuel points, refuelling schedules, and logs.
- Respond to changing operational needs during peak periods.
- Track fuel consumption and report against allocations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures at fuel points.
- Work with operations and technical teams to keep generators, vehicles, and equipment fuelled safely, on time, and within allocation across multiple venues.
- Oversee fuel points on the ground daily while managing planning, records, and reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing fuel logistics for large events or operations, with references available.
- International experience delivering sports events; multi-sport or major single-sport events meet this requirement.
- Strong safety awareness and accurate record keeping.
