Role and events

Join a dedicated, full-time team embedded in a client's Festival Programming function in Riyadh.

Support a flagship event in July–August 2027 and a further event in November 2027.

Personally build the local and regional programme as a hands-on producer; the grade reflects seniority and judgment, not team size.

Programming and integration

  • Lead local and regional programming spanning Saudi and regional clubs, creators, grassroots competitions, Arabic-language and cultural moments, and local talent.
  • Prioritize local content opportunities using national moments, the host-city calendar, and community activity.
  • Integrate local content into the main programme and coordinate with the international clubs and creators lead.

Partners, compliance, and audience

  • Coordinate with Saudi and regional clubs, creators, universities, grassroots organizations, and agencies; maintain a log of relationships and commitments.
  • Ensure local content meets cultural and regulatory requirements and flag and resolve issues early.
  • Capture local audience response to inform programming across both events.

Required experience and languages

  • At least 8 years in gaming, esports, entertainment, or major live events in Saudi Arabia or the region, at Senior Manager level.
  • Experience across at least two live event seasons and a proven record of personally producing local and regional programming.
  • Fluent Arabic and English are required.

Ideal background

  • An entertainment, community, or live events programmer with strong existing contacts across Saudi and regional clubs, creators, and grassroots communities.
  • Established relationships with clubs, creators, communities, and grassroots organizations are a strong advantage.

Working conditions

  • Full-time and exclusive dedication to the client for the full contract term, with no other clients or projects.
  • During planning, work remotely on Riyadh hours, Sunday to Thursday, or be based at the client's Riyadh office; travel to Riyadh and event locations as directed.
  • Must be in Riyadh for the full operating periods of both 2027 events, regardless of working option.
