Technical Engineer role supporting construction project delivery in Dubai.
The work covers quantity surveying, estimation, tendering, cost analysis, technical coordination, and authority submissions.
Responsibilities
- Review construction drawings for discrepancies, missing details, and coordination issues.
- Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, cost breakdowns, pricing schedules, and estimates for tenders, variations, additional works, and proposals.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, quantities, and expenditure with project teams.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, including technical and commercial comparisons and recommendations.
- Maintain market rates, supplier information, cost databases, and organized project records.
- Prepare complete technical and commercial tender submissions and submit them by required deadlines.
- Submit documentation to Trakhees, Dubai Municipality, DDA, DEWA, Civil Defense, and other applicable authorities.
- Track authority submissions, approvals, inspections, comments, pending actions, responses, and resubmissions.
- Provide technical and commercial support to the Project Manager and project team.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of relevant UAE experience in technical engineering, quantity surveying, estimation, tendering, or construction.
- Quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, cost analysis, supplier and subcontractor evaluation, and authority coordination capabilities are required.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000–8,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
