Aluminum Supervisor

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation of windows, doors, curtain walls, glass partitions, and other façade systems.
• Allocate work to installers and helpers, monitor productivity, and coordinate manpower and materials.
• Check installation alignment, dimensions, fixing, sealing, waterproofing, and finishing.
• Coordinate sequencing and resolve site issues with engineers and other trades.
• Monitor schedule progress, inspect for defects, and coordinate quality inspections and approvals.
• Ensure safe handling and protection of materials; supervise snagging and rectification before handover.
• Record daily progress, completed quantities, manpower, and material needs; report shortages and technical issues.

Requirements and qualifications

• At least five years of relevant aluminum and glazing installation experience; UAE experience is preferred.
• Experience supervising aluminum installation teams on residential, commercial, or high-rise projects.
• A diploma, technical qualification, or vocational training in aluminum fabrication, glazing, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of aluminum profiles, curtain walls, glass installation, hardware, sealants, fixing systems, and installation methods.
• Ability to read shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation details.
• Knowledge of site safety, quality requirements, and material handling practices.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 3,000–5,000 per month.

Workplace

• Full-time, in-person work in Dubai, UAE.
