The Fit-Out / Finishing Engineer executes, supervises, coordinates, and quality-controls high-end interior finishing for luxury villas, premium residential developments, and penthouses.
The role is based at Dubai Islands and is full-time.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interior design works, fit-out activities, and site execution.
- Review and coordinate architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
- Prepare, review, and track shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
- Coordinate project requirements with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work follows approved drawings and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections, identify technical issues, and provide solutions to design, construction, and coordination challenges.
- Coordinate MEP services with interior fit-out works; follow up on approvals, inspections, and project documentation.
- Assist with snagging, rectification, and final handover; attend project meetings and prepare progress updates.
Candidate requirements
- Minimum 5–10 years of UAE experience in interior design, fit-out, and construction coordination projects.
- Previous experience with a fit-out contractor, construction company, or interior design firm is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and technical drawing/documentation.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out works, finishes, materials, and MEP coordination.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of UAE construction standards and site procedures is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 10,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person at Dubai Islands.
