Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules aligned with EPC scope, contracts, BOQs, site conditions, and construction methods.
- Prepare baseline schedules, narratives, assumptions, constraints, risk analysis, critical paths, cash flow projections, and resource histograms.
- Lead planners in establishing, updating, and controlling schedules against project objectives and milestones.
- Analyze schedule updates and progress reports; identify variances, delays, and risks and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
- Manage reporting across Primavera P6, ERP, Oracle reports, KPIs, cash flow forecasts, earned value analysis, EOT, and claims preparation.
- Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and reports for senior management.
- Advise project managers on planning, scheduling, and project controls.
- Evaluate performance and support planning team members’ development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; attestation is required for visa processing.
- Minimum six years of UAE experience in a construction company; the overview separately states a minimum of eight years in the UAE construction industry.
- Expert-level Oracle Primavera P6 and MS Excel proficiency.
- Understanding of UAE construction standards, DM/Trakhees/DMT approval timelines, and FIDIC contract conditions.
- Dubai experience and familiarity with authorities and regulations.
- Excellent reporting and stakeholder presentation skills.
- RIB Candy or Power BI familiarity is a plus.
Pay
- AED 11,000–15,000 per month.
