Strategic Planning & Execution Consultant (m/f/d)

Role Overview

Work Arrangement

• The role is office based in Abu Dhabi.
• The contract is for 9 months and is extendable.

Strategic Planning and Execution

• Support corporate and departmental strategy development and facilitate planning workshops with senior leaders.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and environmental analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Translate objectives into initiatives, programs, and roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities.
• Drive execution, monitor milestones, address barriers, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support prioritization and resource allocation.

Performance and Governance

• Develop performance management frameworks and monitor KPIs, OKRs, and organizational metrics.
• Establish executive dashboards, performance reports, and benefits realization tracking.
• Design strategy governance frameworks and support executive committees with reporting and decision support.
• Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and briefing materials while promoting accountability and transparency.

Stakeholder Engagement and Improvement

• Engage senior executives, business leaders, and stakeholders to align strategy with operational execution.
• Support collaboration, change management, and communications associated with strategic initiatives.
• Introduce best practices and support transformation and organizational maturity improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, Public Policy, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in strategic planning, strategy execution, transformation, PMO, management consulting, or corporate planning.
• Experience developing strategic plans, performance frameworks, executive reports, dashboards, and board-level presentations.
• Strong experience in strategy execution, governance, performance monitoring, analytics, problem-solving, communication, and executive facilitation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Abu Dhabi government or semi-government entities is preferred.
• Corporate strategy, organizational transformation, performance management office, advisory, or complex multi-stakeholder experience is preferred.

Preferred Certifications

• Preferred certifications include BSP, PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, OKR Certification, Strategy Execution Certification, Prosci Change Management Certification, and Lean Six Sigma.
