Job Purpose
Manage the full store operations of standard branches, driving sales performance, customer experience and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Achieve store sales targets and improve conversion and ATV.
- Execute promotions and ensure daily sales follow-up.
- Act as store owner accountable for revenue and results.
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service standards and handle customer complaints.
- Build customer relationships and support retention.
- Supervise and guide store team on daily performance, scheduling, coverage and productivity.
- Provide on-floor coaching and support team development.
- Manage daily store operations including opening, closing and readiness.
- Ensure store cleanliness, display and brand standards and handle maintenance and operational issues.
- Ensure product availability and stock accuracy and monitor fast/slow-moving items.
- Ensure accurate invoicing and POS usage and monitor insurance transactions and compliance.
- Monitor store expenses, cash handling and daily closing accuracy and report store performance to the Area Manager.
Skills and Abilities
- Strong sales and store management skills.
- Ability to lead small teams and drive performance.
- Good understanding of POS, insurance, and store operations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Experience and Education
- 3-5 years in retail/optical operations.
- Bachelor's degree (Optics or related preferred).
- Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
- No licenses or certifications required.
