Job Purpose
Manage the full store operations of standard branches, driving sales performance, customer experience, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Achieve store sales targets and improve conversion and ATV.
- Execute promotions and ensure daily sales follow-up.
- Act as store owner accountable for revenue and results.
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service standards.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution.
- Build customer relationships and support retention.
- Supervise and guide store team on daily performance.
- Ensure proper scheduling, coverage, and productivity.
- Provide on-floor coaching and support team development.
- Manage daily store operations (opening, closing, readiness).
- Ensure store cleanliness, display, and brand standards.
- Ensure product availability and stock accuracy; monitor fast/slow-moving items and report gaps.
Skills and Abilities
- Strong sales and store management skills.
- Ability to lead small teams and drive performance.
- Good understanding of POS, insurance, and store operations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Experience, Education & Language
- 3-5 years in retail/optical operations.
- Bachelor's degree (Optics or related preferred).
- Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
- Licenses/Certifications: N/A.
