Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all inventory, materials, chemicals, tools, PPE, and equipment.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplier deliveries.
- Issue materials to technicians and obtain proper acknowledgments.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare reorder requests to prevent shortages.
- Conduct weekly and monthly stock verification and submit reports.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of pest control chemicals in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Track asset movement and maintain asset registers.
- Coordinate daily job schedules with supervisors and technicians.
- Allocate manpower, vehicles, chemicals, and equipment based on job requirements.
- Monitor attendance, deployment, and movement of field staff.
- Follow up on completion of service reports and job cards.
- Coordinate emergency and urgent service requests.
- Liaise with clients regarding service schedules when required.
- Support Operations Manager in planning daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
- Maintain records of municipality permits, chemical usage logs, and operational documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Update job status, material consumption, and technician productivity reports.
- Coordinate with Accounts for purchase requests and invoice-related documents.
- Maintain vehicle records, fuel logs, and maintenance schedules.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers when required.
- Coordinate purchasing of materials, chemicals, tools, and consumables.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding deliveries and shortages.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement practices.
- Support for the submitting the Invoices
- Ensure safe storage and handling of chemicals and pesticides.
- Maintain Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) records.
- Ensure technicians receive required PPE before deployment.
- Support compliance with Abu Dhabi Municipality and relevant regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Zoology,Botony , agriculture , entomology or any related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or operations coordination.
- Experience in Pest Control, Facilities Management, Cleaning, or related service industries preferred.
- Good knowledge of inventory control procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and inventory management systems.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
