Overview

  • Business Development Manager responsibilities include:
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for commercial development, joint ventures, and investment attraction for Al Dhannah City.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential investors, tenants, and partners to maximize revenue and increase occupancy rates.
  • Lead negotiations with potential investors and partners to create joint ventures and secure long-term leases for lands under the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the leasing and marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that attract potential tenants and investors to Al Dhannah City.
  • Job brief:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investors and joint venture partners develop and implement a comprehensive investment attraction strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives of Al Dhannah City.
  • Lead negotiations with potential investors and partners, including deal structuring,due diligence, and contract negotiation aligned with Company's policies, processes and governance.
  • Manage the leasing and negotiation process for lands under the portfolio, including lease agreements, renewals, and tenant management
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted marketing campaigns that attract potential investors and tenants.
  • Analyze and evaluate joint venture and investment opportunities to assess their potential risks and returns.

Education Requirement & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial real estate development, with a proven track record of attracting business investors and creating joint ventures.
  • Strong understanding of real estate investment, leasing, and development, as well as market trends and dynamics.
  • Experience in negotiating complex commercial deals, including joint ventures, partnership agreements, and long-term leases.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Preferred professional certifications: CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member),MRICS/FRICS or equivalent.
