The Marketing Specialist should have a solid understanding of marketing principles, excellent project management skills, and a creative mindset to excel in this role.

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with company objectives and target audience.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing methods.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and impactful marketing collateral, including print materials, digital assets, and video content.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth and new market segments.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the performance of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to execute marketing activities and ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously elevate the company's marketing initiatives.
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities for Community Engagement team to target markets.
- Conduct research to understand resident needs through community focal point meetings, open forums and surveys with continuous analysis to identify insights.
Requirements And Skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Equivalent
Qualification
- 5-7 years of experience in branding, marketing or communications within a large organization or agency working with big brands. Experience in real estate industry is preferred.
- Good Knowledge of English, Arabic is desired.
- Excellent presentation skills, good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations as well as local customs and protocols
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
- Professional certification in marketing, such as the Certified Marketing Professional (CMP) or Digital Marketing Certified Associate (DMCA) is preferred.
