Lead scheduling, monitoring, and project control across high-value construction and engineering projects.
Use Primavera P6 and MS Project to develop baseline schedules, monitor progress, and support project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain schedules covering WBS, activity networks, resource loading, and cost loading.
- Update master schedules, conduct CPM analysis, and evaluate progress against baseline metrics.
- Track EVM metrics such as SPI and CPI; conduct TIA for delay claims and EOT assessment.
- Prepare resource histograms, manpower plans, and monthly cash flow forecasts.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve scheduling bottlenecks and improve workflow.
- Report on KPIs, risks, recovery plans, and project progress through regular reports and dashboards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
- 7–10+ years of planning and project control experience in large construction, infrastructure, or MEP projects in the UAE.
- Advanced Primavera P6 expertise and strong MS Project and MS Excel skills.
- Understand FIDIC contracts, delay analysis methodologies, and claim management.
- Power BI or AutoCAD skills are listed as alternatives; VBA/macros is a plus.
- PMP or PMI-SP certification is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
