Job purpose

Demand forecasting and coordination

• Prepare detailed forecasts based on project schedules, engineering inputs, and historical consumption data; adjust plans as scope or timelines change.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering, and procurement to validate material and resource requirements and align plans with milestones.
• Convert forecasts into material plans, follow up with procurement and warehouse teams, and track availability to prevent delays or shortages.
• Maintain forecast, material plan, and actual usage records and report forecast accuracy, material readiness, and planning performance.
• Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and support implementation of project forecasting tools and systems.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and logistics teams and communicate forecast changes, deviations, and risks to stakeholders.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field.
• 6 to 10 years of experience.
• Skills listed: change management, inventory management, and planning.

• Provide periodic reports detailing planned task execution and deviations; solve related problems and escalate complex operational issues.
