Role purpose

Strategy and implementation

• Contribute to power and water sales strategies, plans, and processes for generation, transmission, distribution, and water solutions.
• Track changes to documents, approvals, and requirements from end users and consultants.
• Build relationships with local and international end users, consultants, and power and water stakeholders.
• Monitor plan achievements and deviations and report progress and corrective recommendations to management.
• Set objectives, manage team performance, and implement the prequalification strategy.
• Coordinate relevant products and solutions across company units and provide tools for technical specification and compliance needs.

Market and customer support

• Research market trends and current and future customer needs through research and customer visits.
• Forecast short- and long-term power and water market potential in Saudi Arabia.
• Ensure company-policy and regulatory compliance in the power and water sales domain.
• Support local end users and clients adopting the company’s power and water solutions.

Business and organizational management

• Translate corporate goals into business plans, follow up execution, monitor performance, and initiate corrective action.
• Provide periodic progress reports and control budgets and expenses for cost efficiency.
• Develop organizational structure and maintain job descriptions in line with operational and future needs.
• Improve written business processes and procedures, identify automation opportunities, and promote the use of relevant IT systems.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and legally compliant work environment.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 5–10 years of work experience.
• Technical and functional competencies include analysis and reporting.

• Recruit, develop, and recognize high performers; address low performance and apply fair performance assessment.
• Take responsibility for deliverables, anticipate problems, make timely decisions, and meet quality and cost expectations.
• Plan and monitor business results, manage expenses, and make a tangible contribution to the area of operation.
