Job Purpose
Plan, control, and monitor execution of electrical related project tasks efficiently, on time, and to quality standards.
Work per defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.
Key Accountability Areas
- Perform erection, testing, and commissioning of power and distribution transformers at site and factory.
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and testing of power and distribution transformers.
- Inspect transformers upon arrival and perform necessary tests.
- Check availability of all accessories for the transformer.
- Check impact recorders and collect data from them.
- Check requirements for cranes or other equipment for assembly or disassembly of transformers at sites or factory.
- Perform routine electrical tests of transformers in factory and at site per international standards.
- Perform low voltage electrical tests at the site.
- Plan day-to-day site activities for timely completion of the job.
- Perform erection of transformer accessories, vacuuming, and oil filtration per quality procedures.
- Perform in-process testing of transformers during various stages of repair or manufacturing.
- Coordinate with marketing, planning, and the customer for gate passes and work permits.
Academic Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Fresher with 0-2 years of work experience.
