Key responsibilities
- Maintain secure configuration and accurate information, including Cúram security and licence assets.
- Manage service components and complex change requests to meet business needs, performance targets, and user outcomes.
- Lead investigation, resolution, and prevention of incidents and problems, including business-critical issues.
- Monitor trends and risks, drive service improvements, and optimise processes and best practices.
- Maintain operational frameworks, procedures, standards, and documentation.
- Lead planning and coordination of system, functional, non-functional, and user acceptance testing.
- Champion user needs, guide user-journey and user-story work, and support service improvement.
Person specification
- Strong hands-on application support experience.
- Proven technical leadership skills and a track record leading teams delivering critical business services.
Location and working pattern

Pay supplement
