Specialist Tax Partner - Leading Law Firm

The Role

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex tax-related legal cases and transactions for high-profile clients.
• Provide strategic advice on tax planning, compliance, and regulatory matters to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster business growth and client retention.
• Collaborate with other legal experts within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations in the UAE and internationally, and guide clients accordingly.
• Mentor and develop junior legal staff within the tax practice group.
• Represent the firm at industry events and contribute to building the firm's reputation in the tax law arena.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with extensive experience in tax law, preferably with partner-level exposure.
• Demonstrated expertise in UAE tax regulations as well as international tax frameworks.
• Strong client management and business development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing legal teams.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced law firm environment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality legal advice and service excellence.

• Executive search is relationship driven.
