The Role

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and representation in high-profile and complex cases within the UAE jurisdiction.
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, pleadings, and court submissions with meticulous attention to detail.
• Advise clients on a wide range of legal matters, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Represent clients in courts, tribunals, and alternative dispute resolution forums with confidence and professionalism.
• Collaborate closely with junior lawyers and legal teams to strategize case approaches and share legal knowledge.
• Keep abreast of developments in UAE and international law to provide informed and up-to-date counsel.
• Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to enhancing the firm’s reputation and client base.

Requirements

• Qualified barrister with extensive experience in UAE law and litigation, preferably with a focus on commercial or corporate law.
• Proven track record of handling complex legal cases and delivering successful outcomes.
• Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic language skills are a distinct advantage.
• Committed to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards in legal practice.
• Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with legal trends and changes.
