The Role

Join a prestigious international law firm in Riyadh as a Personnel Assistant, supporting our HR team in delivering exceptional administrative and personnel-related services.

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth HR operations within a dynamic legal environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain and update personnel records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration by coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Prepare reports and correspondence relating to employee policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training sessions and other staff development activities.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide timely support on HR-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and firm policies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a personnel or HR assistant role, preferably within a legal or professional services environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR information systems.
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Team player with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
