Role overview
Tempesta Hospitality seeks a Spatial Designer / Creative Concept Developer to create art-driven installations and experiential designs.
The work centers on sculptural, editorial-level experiences using unconventional materials, spatial composition, and design-led storytelling.
The role applies these concepts to tablescapes, centerpieces, and event environments.
What you'll do
- Develop original creative concepts for table decor and spatial installations.
- Translate mood boards or abstract briefs into fully executed physical designs.
- Create statement pieces with florals, produce, sculptural elements, and mixed media.
- Work with culinary and events teams to align design with the guest experience.
What the role needs
- Background in spatial design, set design, installation art, or experiential design; traditional floristry or event styling alone is not sufficient.
- Portfolio demonstrating conceptual, art-directed work rather than standard centerpiece arrangements.
- Strong material and spatial sensibility and comfort using unconventional mediums.
- Ability to take a creative brief from concept through full-scale physical execution.
- Based in Riyadh or able to relocate.
