Lead a large residential compound project for a contracting and construction company.
Hold full responsibility for project delivery, including planning, cost, quality, safety, subcontract management, and client relations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
- At least 15 years of experience, including at least five years as a Project Manager on building projects.
- Proven track record in residential villa compounds or similar multi-building projects.
- Valid Saudi Council of Engineers membership.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC or similar contract conditions, variations, and claims.
- Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project and MS Office.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills in Arabic and English.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the project from mobilization through handover, meeting time, cost, quality, and safety targets.
- Develop and implement the project execution, organization, and resource plans.
- Manage the project budget, cash flow, and cost control with the commercial team.
- Lead subcontract procurement, award, and management.
- Manage client and consultant relationships and lead progress meetings.
- Monitor the schedule and implement recovery actions when needed.
- Manage variations, claims, and contractual correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
- Report project performance regularly to senior management.
- Lead testing, commissioning, handover, and project close-out.
