Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
- 0–3 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- SCE membership or eligibility to register.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and structural and architectural drawings.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office, including Excel and Word.
- Willingness to work on site and learn from experienced engineers.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Commitment, discipline, and ability to work in a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily site supervision under the direction of the Senior Site Engineer.
- Check that work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor subcontractor manpower, equipment, and daily progress and record findings in site reports.
- Prepare inspection requests and attend inspections with the QA/QC engineer.
- Assist with quantity take-off and verification of completed work.
- Maintain site records, photographs, and daily logs.
- Follow site safety rules and report unsafe conditions.
- Participate in training and rotations across site activities as assigned.
