The internship lasts three or six months.
The role involves hands-on work on real products and mentorship from senior engineers.
Job summary
- Work on real products using modern technologies, including Node.js, Next.js, and Flutter.
- Assist with researching and prototyping new solutions.
Technical skills
- Backend: basic experience with Node.js and Express.js, understanding of RESTful APIs, familiarity with PostgreSQL or MongoDB, and basic TypeScript knowledge.
- Frontend: familiarity with Next.js and React.js, understanding of SSR and SSG concepts, and basic Redux or Context API state management.
- Mobile: basic knowledge of Flutter and Dart, and willingness to learn cross-platform development.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
Experience and qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Basic hands-on experience with Node.js, React/Next.js, or Flutter through academic or personal projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
Bonus skills
- TypeScript, Docker, and CI/CD are listed as bonus skills.
- Personal projects or a GitHub portfolio are a bonus.
- Interest in AI/ML or emerging technology is a bonus.
Pay
- Pay is listed as AED 500–1,000 per month.
Location and work arrangement
- The role is based in Abu Dhabi and work is in person.
