Full-time Mechanical QA/QC Engineer role in Abu Dhabi.
Ensures mechanical works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Implement project QA/QC procedures and inspect mechanical works against drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Review material submittals, inspection requests, method statements, and quality documents; coordinate IRs, MIRs, and inspections.
- Prepare ITPs, checklists, inspection reports, and quality records; coordinate approvals with project stakeholders.
- Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor mechanical installations and assist with quality documentation for handover and final inspection.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant mechanical QA/QC experience in construction, MEP, industrial, or infrastructure projects; one year of experience is stated.
- Knowledge of mechanical drawings, specifications, inspection procedures, quality standards, QA/QC documentation, ITPs, and NCRs.
- Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently with project teams.
- Relevant certifications and client or consultant approvals are advantageous where applicable.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000–5,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi.
