Project coordination
- Review project specifications, IFC drawings, and contractual documents.
- Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and method statements.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, and other discipline engineers.
- Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Mechanical engineering and documentation
- Review mechanical design documents for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Perform heat-load, pump-head, duct-sizing, and pipe-sizing calculations.
- Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and BOQs.
- Raise RFIs and provide technical clarifications to site teams.
Procurement and site delivery
- Prepare material requisitions and coordinate with procurement for timely delivery.
- Evaluate vendor technical offers and inspect received materials for specification compliance.
- Manage equipment deliveries and ensure proper on-site storage.
Testing and handover
- Plan and supervise testing and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Coordinate with third-party testing agencies and consultants to obtain approvals.
- Resolve snag items, confirm systems operate as designed, and assist with project closeout and client handover.
Pay
- AED 8,000–10,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
Requirements
- Review mechanical design documents for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Perform technical calculations, including heat loads, pump heads, duct sizing, and pipe sizing.
- Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and BOQs.
- Evaluate vendor technical offers and inspect received materials against specifications.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, and other discipline engineers, as well as clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
