Quality management and planning
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System.
- Prepare and update the Project Quality Plan in line with contract requirements.
- Establish quality objectives, acceptance criteria, performance metrics, Inspection and Test Plans, checklists, and quality procedures.
Standards and conformance
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, project specifications, and company procedures.
- Ensure construction activities, materials, workmanship, and installations meet approved drawings, specifications, standards, and project requirements.
Inspections and technical reviews
- Coordinate and oversee site inspections and testing activities; witness inspections, tests, and mock-ups as required.
- Review method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings for quality aspects.
- Ensure testing equipment is calibrated and valid.
Records, audits, and suppliers
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, NCRs, test results, and documentation traceability.
- Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits; support client, consultant, and third-party audits and close findings promptly.
- Monitor subcontractor and supplier quality; participate in supplier assessments and factory acceptance tests where applicable.
Pay
- AED 8,000–10,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
