Project coordination and planning
- Study project specifications, IFC drawings, and contract documents.
- Prepare work schedules, manpower plans, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, and subcontractors.
- Attend coordination and progress meetings with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Quality, inspections, and documentation
- Maintain project documents, including IRs, MIRs, checklists, NCRs, and logs.
- Assist in preparing as-built drawings with drafting teams and maintain inspection and approval documentation.
- Conduct inspections and ensure quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with QA/QC engineers on material testing and work approvals.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and project standards.
- Review method statements and ITPs and ensure proper implementation on site.
Completion, handover, and cost
- Assist in preparing punch lists and closing snag items.
- Coordinate final inspections and approvals from consultants and clients.
- Complete as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and final documentation and support project handover.
- Monitor material, equipment, and manpower usage.
- Keep civil works within budget and follow cost-control measures.
- Assist with BOQs, cost estimates, and variation claims.
Pay
- Pay is AED 8,000–10,000 per month.
