Planning and coordination
- Study construction drawings, IFC documents, specifications, and project scope.
- Develop work schedules, manpower plans, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and other discipline engineers to avoid conflicts.
- Participate in technical meetings with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
Electrical systems
- Work scope includes LV/MV distribution systems; cable routing, trays, trunking, and conduits.
- Work scope includes lighting and small power installation; earthing and lightning protection systems.
- Work scope includes fire alarm and ELV systems.
Technical delivery and site execution
- Ensure installations comply with approved shop drawings, method statements, and codes.
- Manage site teams, technicians, and subcontractors for timely execution.
- Prepare shop drawings, load schedules, cable sizing, and BOQs; review material submittals and design clarifications.
- Issue RFIs and resolve technical discrepancies with consultants.
- Supervise testing of electrical panels, cables, breakers, and ELV systems.
- Coordinate inspections, approvals, and final handover; close snag lists and support project completion.
- Maintain site logs, inspection requests, MIRs, checklists, and reports; prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Assist with as-built drawings and handover documents.
Work arrangement
- Full-time role with in-person work location.
