Software & AI Engineer

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy software, AI applications, digital tools, AI agents, and assistants for business transformation, operational excellence, and productivity.
• Automate manual processes and maintain governed workflows across Sales, Project Management, Quality, Service Operations, Tooling, and Field Services.
• Build enterprise workflow platforms for approvals, escalations, action tracking, lessons learned, and quality governance.
• Establish data structures, models, taxonomies, and governance; integrate enterprise systems, data repositories, reporting platforms, and AI solutions.
• Develop knowledge-management tools, dashboards, BI, performance reporting, prompt engineering, intelligent search, and retrieval capabilities.
• Ensure governance, cybersecurity, data quality, compliance, and lifecycle requirements are met.
• Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities, deliver solutions, facilitate workshops and requirements gathering, run UAT, and support change management.
• Explore emerging AI, automation, and software engineering practices.

What you bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, IT, or a related technical discipline.
• 3–4 years of experience in software development, AI solutions, workflow automation, digital transformation, or enterprise applications.
• Programming experience with modern technologies, APIs, integrations, automation platforms, cloud solutions, and enterprise applications.
• Experience with AI solutions, knowledge platforms, agents, assistants, search, machine learning, workflow automation, and process orchestration.
• Understanding of data architecture, governance, information management, master data, data quality, and structured knowledge repositories.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, intelligent search, Power BI, dashboards, reporting automation, and BI.
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms, databases, cloud services, APIs, and business applications; understanding of quality and project management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Able to convert business requirements into scalable solutions; strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
• Agile, DevOps, Lean, Six Sigma, Product Management, or Digital Transformation methodologies are considered an advantage.
