Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support EHS Management System maintenance and improvement, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 gap assessments, internal audits, and corrective-action tracking.
• Standardize EHS policies, procedures, standards, and templates; maintain document registers, compliance trackers, and records.
• Map processes, workflows, responsibilities, and governance requirements; identify simplification, automation, and digitalization opportunities.
• Collect and analyze EHS data across business units to identify trends, gaps, and process improvements.
• Support two to three improvement projects, tracking plans, milestones, progress, impact measures, and lessons learned.
• Coordinate implementation with stakeholders and prepare monthly progress updates, presentations, and management reports.

Qualifications and skills

• Recently graduated with a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Environment, Health & Safety or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of management systems, process improvement, risk management, and project management.
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 is an advantage.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI or Power Automate experience is a plus, with willingness to learn digital tools.
• Analytical ability, strong organization and project coordination, and clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Curious, structured, and proactive approach; comfortable challenging inefficient processes and collaborating across teams.
