Join a global project-execution team and represent projects in the country where they are erected.
Lead or support regional projects and work with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
Project responsibilities
- Lead or support execution projects in the region as part of the global core team.
- Share accountability for project results across schedule, quality, and financial performance.
- Work with an interdisciplinary and intercultural project team.
- Represent projects to multiple stakeholders in the country of erection.
- Share experience with the project-management team and contribute to broader business improvement.
Qualifications and experience
- Completed degree in engineering, natural science, or management.
- Project-management experience in power-plant or comparable projects, with a comprehensive understanding of commercial and contractual contexts.
- Experience managing teams.
- Construction-site operations experience is appreciated.
- Project-management certification degree, such as PM@Siemens or IPMA.
Languages and capabilities
- Very good written and spoken English.
- Arabic or German knowledge is appreciated; additional languages are advantageous.
- Structured, results-driven approach, entrepreneurial capabilities, strong communication, independent work ethic, and teamwork.
