Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support EHS Management System maintenance and improvement, including gap assessments, internal audits, and corrective-action tracking.
• Standardize EHS policies, procedures, standards, and templates; maintain document registers, compliance trackers, and records.
• Map EHS processes and identify ways to simplify, automate, and digitalize workflows using tools such as Power BI and Power Automate.
• Analyze EHS data across business units to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Support two to three improvement projects, tracking plans, milestones, progress, impact measures, and lessons learned.
• Coordinate implementation with stakeholders and prepare monthly progress updates, presentations, and management reports.

What you bring

• Recent graduate of a B.Sc. or M.Sc. program in Environment, Health & Safety or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of management systems, process improvement, risk management, and project management; ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 familiarity is an advantage.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI or Power Automate experience is a plus, with willingness to learn digital tools.
• Analytical ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and develop practical recommendations.
• Strong organization and project coordination skills, including milestone tracking and ownership of deliverables.
• Clear written and verbal English communication, with a curious, structured, proactive, and collaborative approach.
